Lucky Penny is a  women’s boutique located in Boone, North Carolina.  Established  November of 2007 with the intentions of bringing affordable boutique fashions to the high country!  Our merchandise ranges in price and in styles; receiving new merchandise weekly and keeping only selected amounts of each item to give our customer the specialty items they deserve!
